In the latest issue of New York magazine, tennis champion, Serena Williams gives her haters one more reason to hate as she shows off her strength and flexibility in a provocative shot.
The issue, which will hit stands this week, find Williams in new territory as she talks about transitioning from sports to fashion. Williams, 33, hopes there will be more for her than an announcer’s position or reflecting upon the good ‘ole days.
“I have lots of trophies, and I’m just — I’m not that person that needs to see all these trophies,” she says, under a blanket in the greenroom with Chip, her Yorkie on her lap. “I have some in my house here, some in my house there, some I don’t know what happened to ’em. I have my grand-slam trophies.”
