Earlier this year, the public didn't know Jhene Aiko was married until her husband, Nigerian US based producer, Oladipo Omishore aka Dot Da Genius sent her a birthday message. He wrote on her IG page:

“Happy Birthday to my gorgeous wife.” “Happy to be on this quest with you!”

However, within the past few months, Jhene and singer Big Sean have been seeing publicly kissing and showing lots of PDA. It got tongues wagging about Jhene marital status and what was going on between her and Big Sean.

Now according to E! News, Jhene Aiko has filed for divorce from the music producer on Tuesday, citing "irreconcilable differences. She has also asked the judge to deny spousal support for Dot Da Genius.
Interestingly, the documents, which were obtained by E! News, states that the former couple's wedding date as July 26, 2014, and they have been separated since June 2015.
