Mike Pence rents swanky five-bedroom house in Washington DC

Vice president-elect of the United States of America, Mike Pence has moved into a new home in the neighbourhood of Washington DC which rents for $6,000 a month. The new apartment has five large bedrooms, a 'contemporary Euro' kitchen, and 3 and a half baths.

He hasn't been sworn in as Vice President yet, but Mike Pence has already made the move to Washington DC, reports say.
Pence is expected to spend a lot of time in the nation's capital over the coming weeks, as he has taken on the role of spearheading Donald Trump's transition team.
It will be weeks before he gets the keys to Number One Observatory Circle - the Vice President's official residence, but that hasn't stopped the Indiana governor from renting out a property just six miles from the White House.
