Little girl found unharm after being ejected from car during crash

An infant ejected during a serious car crash miraculously survived after ending up in a storm drain, 25-feet away. Not only was she found alive but she also had just a scratch on her forehead.

According to reports, a truck sideswiped a family vehicle along an Interstate "a highway serving two or more states" in Arkansas. The vehicle flipped over and the 8-month old girl was ejected in the process. The survivors tried looked for her but couldn't find her.

Rescuers arrived and after a rigorous search, located her due to a sound. She was found inside a storm drain, more than two dozen feet from the roadway...

Authorities think she rolled down a hill to the drain.

It took three firefighters to get her out and she was taken to a hospital along with four other people in the car. All have been released except for the driver who is still recovering.

Police confirmed that the child was not properly restrained in the car seat at the time of the accident and that the car seat was also not properly installed. No  citation was however issued.
The driver of the truck that allegedly sideswiped the family vehicle was charged for an improper and unsafe lane change...
