Photographer dies while trying to take the perfect picture of the moon

A Russian photographer, Vasiliy Gusev has died after he drove off a cliff in a bid to get a perfect photo of the moon.
Gusev who is popularly known by his fans as ‘Grigorich1777' travels all over Russia taking beautiful pictures. On the his last trip, he was so excited to take a perfect picture of the supermoon that he brought his 4-year-old and his friends with him on the trip.
He left his son and friends sleeping on in their tent and drove off in his car to search for the perfect shot of the moon. On his way back to their camp, while driving along a narrow track, he went over a 482ft cliff.

He was found alongside his wrecked car few hours later by his friends who raised alarm when they woke up and couldn't find him. He was still alive when he was found but died on his way to the hospital.

His friends have organised a collection for his widow and two sons, who are five months old and four years old.
